Kaela is a self-taught Korean-American artist exploring memory through abstract forms and imagery inspired by nature. Her practice is a way for her to find stillness within the world around her; a way for her to reflect and process.

She studied Graphic Design at the University of Davis, California, during which she began to explore an interest in visual art. Kaela has exhibited in Washington D.C. , Oakland, and San Francisco, California, USA.
